Worst small Blizzard ever. Top 1” had all the fixings and was great, after that the bottom 2-3” was all vanilla ice cream, no fixings.

Unpleasant & slow service. All restaurants on KW are open to the public but the DQ has a closed outdoor seating area for no reason!!
Also disagree with slogan no shirt, no mask, no shoes-no service! Its discrimination..no everybody wear shoes!
