Frenchie's Cafe Reviews
Best breakfast of my entire vacation! Also, the young lady at the counter was super sweet and had a beautiful smile. Will be back!
Delicious food and courteous service. An authentic gem.
Frenchies is a wonderful little cafe between Simonton and United, only a 1/2 block from Duval St. The owners are French and passionate about delicious breakfast and lunch fare, the staff and the huggable pup Gaston make this a place sure to bring a smile. My favorites are the salads, anything from the pastry and dessert cases, omelets and the French Toast soaked in cream is the best I've ever enjoyed. It's small, come early, they are open 7am to 2pm daily, closed on Wednesdays...read full review

Frenchie's Cafe is a cozy spot in Key West, FL, known for its outstanding breakfast and lunch options. The cafe is especially famous for its quiche, which customers say is the best they've ever had, often prompting visitors to return for a second visit. Their croissants and French toast are popular favorites, with the croissant French toast being described as mind-blowing—perfectly salty and sweet, crispy and melty, with fresh fruit on the side. The bakery offers freshly baked goods, and the coffee is excellent. The cafe is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs like Gaston, and has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the attentive service and the outdoor seating available. Recently, customers praised the food as fresh, delicious, and well-cooked, with some mentioning the amazing baguette breakfast sandwiches and croissants. The menu also features burgers, with one customer calling the cheeseburger with bacon and blue cheese “fresher than a Key West sunrise,” juicy and flavorful, crafted with quality ingredients. The coffee is described as magical, like a French barista whispered sweet nothings into every bean. The French pastries are so authentic that customers started speaking in a bad French accent halfway through their croissants. Overall, Frenchie's Cafe remains a great place to enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch in a cozy and welcoming setting.
