Expensive ice cream, but the fans at the entrance are the best free cool down option in Key West.
Way too overpriced. But we sat down on the walkway right behind the store and ate our ice cream, which was the best part.
Very tasty, but also a decent price.

Servers English are poor and misunderstood my request. Didn’t remake the cup just split flavors in new cups and the last cup has hair in it. She was trying to pick it out before giving it to me, until I pointed out that her fingers touched the ice cream. Then she mentioned she cannot give it to me because there was hair in it 😱😱……when she redid the cup, she scooped the wrong flavor. She also stared me when I paid so I was forced to give tips. Avoid this location at all cost!

I had one ice cream, three smoothies, and was charged a tip at the credit card payment screen for a total of $57. Do I need to tip for takeout at the counter? After confirming that we were Japanese, one of the staff members made fun of the Chinese person in front of us for not being good at English.

Ever get the weird sensation that you're standing outside your own body, watching yourself getting ripped off but unable to stop it? That was me tonight when I forked over $10 for a serving of HD ice cream that measured about a 1/4-1/3 of a typical $6 HD pint, plus a light drizzle of hot fudge (That's TEN dollars!) It wasn't even particularly good. The open-air shop is lovely, but I suggest taking a lesson from me, keeping your wallet closed and walking another block to the local "homemade ice cream" shop. That's what I'll be doing next time.

We ordered a milkshake and strawberry lemonade smoothie from this location. The milkshake and smoothie was watery. She used Publix lemonade to make my drink. If I wanted a lemonade from Publix I would have went there. The worker refused to make the milkshake thicker. $23.00 for mess

The employee who served me was unfriendly and rude. She was in a hurry even though the place was empty. Very bad service!

On May 11th, at 4 pm, we arrived with our family to order some ice-creams for our kids. After 25 mins wait, while the two attendants were talking each other worried about their shift end time, attending people who arrived after us, we decided to leave and have an ice-cream somewhere else. Considering there are two more ice-cream shops in a block radius, and 6 more in a 3 block radius, I will strongly suggest to buy somewhere else where there is a high chance of being much better served.

Häagen-Dazs ice cream is always delicious. Unfortunately, in this location, portions are small for what you are paying. The shake was great. Quick service.

This is a nice sidewalk walk in shop. I went twice while in Key West on vacation. It is the best ice cream!

With not a lot of ice cream options in the area, this place appeared to attract many tourists but for low quality ice cream and other items. I was thoroughly disappointed with their ice cream—it didn’t even taste like Häagen-Dazs. Not to mention everything is super overpriced. This is a trap for tourists who are trapped by heat and sweat and desperately need something cold to treat themselves.
