We ordered a small size ice cream, which should about 7.99$ for two scoops according to their menu. However, they charged us 8.39$. After I ask them about the wrong price. They looked at each other for a while, then said because I chose two different flavors, so they charged me for regular size price, which is for three scoops! After that, I checked their online order system, which shows the small size, two scoops, is 8.49$, which different than their in-store menu! This store is the worst Häagen-Dazs store I have ever been to!!! Don’t go, don’t waste your money for dishonest store! According to the reviews on google, I am not the only one who be charged more!!!

The ice cream is good and we understand the Key West markup, but this was ridiculous.A “mini” is over $7 - over $8 for a full scoop. $1.50 ish more if you want a cone. Double what ice cream out costs anywhere else we have been. We could have purchased 3 pints at Publix for the cost of a mini and a single (without cones)They could do better.

service was horrible due to an overcharge of atleast 25$ they never gave us our local discount which we get all of the time there. The servers could not speak English enough to understand. They called the owner on the phone Miguel, who continue to lie to us, and stated he didn't give local discounts. we never got our full refund. we are locals and have been buying ice cream from this spot for years to be treated which such horrible service - I would give them 5 negative stars if I could.

It seems that they are annoyed that you ask them for something that generates effort, they made me a super ugly banana split and the flavor they wanted even when I asked if I could choose my flavor, they ruined my daughter's craving. If you don't like your job, look for another.
With not a lot of ice cream options in the area, this place appeared to attract many tourists but for low quality ice cream and other items. I was thoroughly disappointed with their ice cream—it didn’t even taste like Häagen-Dazs. Not to mention everything is super overpriced. This is a trap for tourists who are trapped by heat and sweat and desperately need something cold to treat themselves.

The ice cream itself is so lovely! Be sure to take a sample before you buy a whole scoop though as they offer those. Really love häagen-dazs but the service at this location left something to be desired. The lady serving me kept making my order wrong but in the end it got fixed.

Rude ass people, serving Ice Cream ain't that damn hard. Especially when you not busy, just because your in Key West doesn't make you special. An if your establishment can't handle customer service, maybe you otta try something your good at cuz This AInt It !!! I stood by watching as your employee disrespected a group of very nice young ladies, clearly in the mid teens. They were every sweet an polite, an I actually seen tears in the eyes of one from your employee rudeness. If it was for my wife, there definitely would of been words. Someone needs to snatch your ass out from behind that counter.... PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS PLACE !!!! Just fyi I'm not done !! Luckily I'm local, an definitely will go beyond to make sure your lil shop loses $$$$$$$
