I have already visited many Hard Rock Cafe restaurants, and this one is one of those that I will remember the most fondly. A wonderful unique atmosphere that perfectly fits the unique atmosphere of Key West, wonderful friendly service and delicious food. I wish I could be back there sometime :)

I’ll start off with saying; we have been to many Hard Rock Cafes over the years. This location certainly lacked in the quality the name usually carries as far as a chain goes. The service started out good, but as another has mentioned , she seemed to not be around once we needed her. The drinks weren’t made well (non-alcoholic) and lacked proper portions of the ingredients that make the drink (think watered down mocktails) the burger that should’ve had bbq sauce did not, so we had to wait for it, waitress wasn’t around. By the time we finally got the sauce to complete the burger, my son had finally tapped out on the pancake thin “chicken tenders”. Curious to why he wasn’t eating them, I attempted to try one and couldn’t even chew through them. I gave him my burger and flagged the waitress. Apparently Hard Rock switched up their chicken and this is just how they are now? At least that’s what we were told…I let her know they were not edible. I think you could find better places to eat on the island and I encourage you to branch out instead, if you tend to visit Hard Rocks when you travel.

No question: you have to visit Hard Rock! This HR is rather inconspicuous in the beautiful old town. The house appears to be historic, at least the floor creaks. The food is as good as usual and the “Hurricane” is fine as always.

Went to a different bar first and waited 5 mins without any bartender stopping by. Then I walked down to the Hard Rock and sat down and immediately got great friendly service from Bob! Thanks for the beer and chatting with me. Definitely recommend for a relaxed drink on Duval St.
