We had eaten at several different places while staying in Key West for a long weekend and just happened to be passing by Caroline's Cafe as we were killing time before leaving on the ferry and decided to stop in. We ordered for take out. I split the shrimp po boy and the fish sandwich and while I'd recommend both, I liked the fish sandwich the best. I was a bit disappointed because they forgot to put the sauce on top. But even without, it was the best fish sandwich I'd had in key west (maybe best fish sandwich ever??). Definitely get a slice of the key lime. I thought theirs is the best in key west - and I've had the key lime every meal it was available! I'll be coming back!
