Had a really great overall experience at the Hard Rock Cafe! Ordered the Fish Tacos and Chicken Fajitas, which were both fresh, tasty and generously portioned. Our party had food allergy concerns and we were very happy and appreciative to see the care that our server Jordan took to make sure our order was exactly as expected so that we could enjoy a relaxing and pleasant dinner on the porch!
Our Christmas Day dinner at Hard Rock Cafe turned into a truly memorable experience. From start to finish, everything was delightful -- the service, the drinks, and the food were all spot on. Great atmosphere overall, but the service was a bit slow and the food was just okay. It was extremely busy for a Christmas Day dining experience, so that was understandable. The staff did the best they could given the volume of guests, and the kitchen worked hard to get food out quickly. That said, it did feel like speed came at the expense of some quality.
