We had a very negative experience with the bartender on Tuesday night. They were openly rude and dismissive, making several mean-spirited remarks toward my fiancé as well as other patrons in the bar. I was looking for a place to eat and stumbled on Island Dogs. The location is excellent, close to everything. There were TV’s to watch sports, but the open air ambiance and taking in all Key West has to offer was the best. Great menu and everything we had was excellent. Service was outstanding too and the staff was very accommodating to my 2 dogs.

Terrible service and food! 1 egg roll cut in 1/2 doesn't = 2 eggrolls. Ordered a burger & tots and grouper fingers & fries. After 30 min I tracked down the waiter and he said our grouper was up, but he missed the burger. Grouper fingers were all breading, cold and dripping with grease. Tots were cold. Waiter said they were short staffed......Won't waste my time or $$$ there again!

Had dinner with the family here. Must say it was amazing. The hot dog, the wings, the Cuban egg roll were some of our fans favorites. Also, a special shout-out to Leila! Absolutely amazing server, been ages since we received service like that at a busy restaurant!
