Greeted promptly by host at door! Server was good until large party came in and we got lost in the shuffle, had to wave down another server for assistance. Portions were very large and burger was huge and served cut into half. Ordered mid well… bun came out burnt and burger came out well/charred. Not terribly busy for a Thursday lunch. Will give another try in future ❤️✌️

We have eaten at Jack Flats many times over the past several years, and it is consistently a very good place to grab lunch, dinner, and/or drop in for a drink. It has a sports bar feel, but it's never been overly loud or obnoxious while trying to enjoy a meal. The food is generally very good with solid options for a variety of hunger levels.

Key West food is really, really bad. In the last seven years, the true delight to be found here is a restaurant that serves low-quality ingredients with superb execution.
