Ordered chicken & biscuits, it came with mashed potatoes, gravy & green beans, green beans were cold, biscuit was cold, chicken tough. I wasn’t going to complain but when I took a bite & found a long hair that was it. Waitress took it off my bill & I did not reorder. My friend that was with me got the taco salad, most all the lettuce in it was from the core. Very disappointed!!

The toasted coconut piña colada was amazing!! Everyone had a cheeseburger with French fries, everyone was pleased!

Located in Key West, the original Margaritaville is a great place to eat for a Buffett fan. This location is less than a block from many hotels and is one of the most recommended sites to check out. The atmosphere is great, with nice music and a hurricane-themed painted ceiling. It may not be as large as other Margaritavilles, but it still packs a lot and has a connected merchandise store. The food is delicious, with great options like the cheeseburger in paradise, tacos, coconut shrimp, and a slice of key lime pie. The key lime pie shots are also delicious. The service is good, with staff working hard to make drinks and ensure guests have what they need. The rum drinks are good, and the margarita is very good. This location is the true Mother Church of the chain, and guests can feel Jimmy's spirit everywhere. It offers a nice family atmosphere. While the experience lives up to expectations, some guests would have liked to see more vegetarian options on the menu.
