We were out wandering around town and stopped into another establishment and had THE WORST Bourbon Old Fashioned — EVER!So we had passed by The Roost which looked really nice — small (probably seats 20), tucked away on Fleming Street, cozy with dark wood and had an AMAZING time.The bartender, Robyn, was a riot — great personality, sense of humor and knows how to make a drink. Fabulous bar! Felt like a hidden gem. Quiet, cozy and beautifully decorated with a handsome bar stocked with all the best things you'd want to drink. Special shout out to Robin behind the bar who is so hospitable and warm! Definitely a great off the beaten path option if you want to have a nice drink without being around hordes of people.

We absolutely loved this place ! We had espresso martinis that were one of the best I’ve had. My husband also got their Maria-Rita , which was truly the best we had in the keys- great taste and very clearly made in-house (not your basic mixers). Would recommend !
