“I'm leaving a five-star review. I particularly want to highlight Jorge who was our chef!!!! He was absolutely phenomenal. The food was amazing. And he was very down-to-earth it wasn't so much about putting on a show. Even though he did that as well.

I think it's extremely important to write about how disappointed I was that are tip did not go to our chef. Not even a portion of it went to our chef. This seems like quite a shame. Being in the service industry myself I understand how important the tips are. The waitress did great and she deserved her tip.

The waitress let us know that this is a moderately new feature. It needs to be discontinued.Jorge really put in all of the effort to make this is a memorable experience.

If I didn't ask where the tip went, I would have assumed that they split the tip. And I'm sure that a lot of guests feel this way or in a similar way.

With technology the way that it is today it shouldn't be an issue to have a specific area where you tip your chef. We are generally living in a cashless world.
