10/10 recommend- especially for the atmosphere! This is one of the most scenic restaurants I’ve been to( only second to Altius in Pittsburgh). My hubby surprised me with this place for our 1st year anniversary and I was in awe! It’s definitely a vibe! Now, we are foodies so we know good food, this place was good but not exceptional on the food scale. We ordered the lobster risotto, the wagyu steak, crab cake, and octopus. The lobster & crab cake and steak was my husband’s favorite besides dessert. The octopus was very tender and flavorful. This was a wonderful experience!

My family and I have celebrated many special occasions at Latitudes for more than 25 years. In the past, every experience was outstanding. However, our server the last 2 visits, Iva, was so unpleasant and inattentive that it hindered our celebrations. In fact, all outside tables were expressing displeasure. When her lack of presence was mentioned to her, rather than apologize and rectify her behavior, she complained. This is not the professionalism or experience we expect and pay for from such as special place.

We took the ferry over for lunch at Latitudes Sunset Key. We had a wonderful time. Ended up spending three hours at our beachside table. Enjoyed delicious food, and drinks. The Ahi appetizer was best I’ve had!

Apparently Latitudes stopped using open table for reservations. I made our reservation for 4 at 645 on August 14. The reservation was placed on June 5. I made the reservation through Latitudes website that sent me to Open Table. When we arrived we check in the very ambivalent and bored hostess informed me she didn't have our reservation and they stopped using Open Table months ago. How was I supposed to know that? Thankfully, the captain of the ferry told her to let me on since I had a confirmation number. Got to the restaurant to meet another young, unhelpful host who said we could wait or eat at the bar until a table opened but there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager who immediately blamed open table for taking a reservation they never should had made. I tried to explain everything was through Latitudes so I didn't know how it was open tables fault. I'm so floored at how we were treated like it was somehow our fault for making a reservation through a system the restaurant directed us to. I even tried calling to make a reservation but the phone message said to go through open table. While no one was outwardly rude, I very much felt treated as if we were trash or freeloaders trying to scam them into a table. They treated us as if we didn't belong and to take whatever scraps they were willing to give us. The ambiance was amazing, food delicious, definitely worth the money. It would have been a great experience if I wasn't made to feel like I had no business being there. And for that, I will never forgive them.
Don't fall for the hype. Very attractive venue but just one more tourist trap. The service was excellent. The food was horrible.
We had an amazing experience at Latitudes!! Great meals and service with breath taking views.
The place is beautiful and the food was good, but the service was disappointing. We had made a reservation specifically for an outdoor table with a view, but were seated inside. We politely asked to be moved to the outdoor area, but the manager Jerry told there was no availability. However, when we checked a few minutes later, there were at least four empty tables outside. It felt like they were picking and choosing who would sit outside, and we were clearly not a priority. They made no effort to accommodate us, even though it was cold inside and the view was the main reason we chose this restaurant.
It was around 9:15 pm and the kitchen was about to close — but when we made the reservation, there was no option to choose a later time. Overall, the experience was disappointing and, for the price we paid to dine inside, it simply wasn’t worth it. We expected much better hospitality and left feeling disappointed. At the exit, I talked to him again, but he reinforced no availability, which is very hard to believe.
This place was amazing! The server, EDDIE, made it extra special with his exceptional service and friendly personality. The food was great, and the view was beautiful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back!
My husband and I ordered the halibut. Very dry and the sides were awful. I ordered risotto on the side and didn't come out with meal until I asked for it. It was tomatoey based and not good. Our friend ordered yellowtail. Our waiter said there was one left and said he reserved it for him. Someone else (not our waiter) served our friend the grouper. No one explained until we asked that was not yellowtail. Our waiter said that the cook gave to someone else. Overall, food was not good, waiter was not attentive and kept telling us he had a 14 top to take care of. Sunset Pier Hot Tin Roof the next night was 10/10.
We had a lovely dinner at Latitudes Restaurant. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the sunset made the evening even more special. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors. The indoor areas are divided into several rooms, all with glass doors, so you can still enjoy the view no matter where you're seated.
The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the night. I had the chicken with whipped potatoes and spinach — it was well-prepared and flavorful. After dinner, we moved to the outdoor bar and enjoyed a delicious lavender cocktail to end the night.

Perfect from start to finish. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was amazing, service impeccable, and the sunset view as unforgettable. We had originally booked an outdoor reservation but we asked to be moved inside and the staff was quick to make the change and sit us at an incredible indoor comfortable table for 2. Top recommendations would be the crab cakes, key lime martinis, and the snapper.
Always a great experience. Especially for our waiter Dan who always makes it a fun experience. Thank you
We had the lobster/crab cake and lobster bisque both wonderful, key lime martini also very good.
The food was DELICIOUS!!! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting and our server, Aaron, went above and beyond. He was friendly, knowledgeable, took an amazing sunset photo and gave us a special dessert for our anniversary! This is a must-do when you are in Key West
The restaurant was beautiful, the service was great, and the food was amazing, this was the 2nd time visiting Latitudes, and we will visit again. The boat ride was nice. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant.
