What a disappointment! I booked a month out and was seated in a closet/could just as well have been at a Dennys! The restaurant wants to profess high class yet the managers are poorly dressed and disheveled. A gentleman next to me wore a truckers cap and several women were in beach cover ups. Way too expensive for mediocre food and under performing staff. The restaurant isn’t classy at all which is sinful as the natural setting is spectacular

Great food and drinks. Very attentive wait staff. Amazing views. I was nervous after reading reviews of mediocre food & poor service, however I was pleasantly surprised. Nice spot for a birthday/celebratory dinner.

Food is spectacular. Location incredible. Service was a joke... Server was completely inattentive. Sat for almost an hour in the sun with 1 drink served the entire time. Asked waiter if he had forgotten us. Food took almost another hour to arrive. Server then tried charging us for a meal we didn't order. Viktor E was an atrocious server.
Sad because you travel hours to get to Key West, reserve a spot at a nice place like this, pay higher prices for the food and the server delivers a really bad experience.

Take the free shuttle boat to the best view on the west side of town. Get a reservation for breakfast or lunch....dinner, good luck!!

This place was frustrating to find any one single person to speak to in person. Tried to have someone help us with the ferry and everyone either ignored us or was rude

Latitudes Restaurant on Sunset Key is one of those places you go for the sunset views and boat ride not the food. Food and cocktails were average at best . Service was slow , hostess give us the lunch menu even though it was 6:30 pm and waiter disappeared for twenty minutes before taking our food order or noticing menu issue. I ordered the snapper and received grouper. Go for the views not the food.

Latitudes sits in what might be the most unfairly beautiful location in Key West — on its own private island, just a quick boat ride away. The shuttle runs about every 20–30 minutes, and yes, it’s complimentary — but only if you’re a guest or lucky enough to have scored a reservation.

We went for lunch and it delivered across the board. Lobster bisque? Rich and perfectly balanced. Artisan cheese? Thoughtfully curated. Quesadilla and yellowtail? Both excellent. Service was polished without being stiff, and the whole atmosphere makes you want to pause time and ignore the busy life outside the island forever.

If you’ve ever wanted to feel like you had a meal in one of the The White Lotus locations (minus the drama and suspicious plot twists) this is the spot.

Pro tip: reservations aren’t optional.

The best views in the entire city. Our waiter (Aaron) was a true professional, that made the entire experience even better. The food was delicious. The desserts were banging. It was a great time.

Our waiter Aaron was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. Beautiful scenery on the island. Walked along the beach after lunch and got some pics with the pelicans.

Did the Valentines dinner here for 2 and it was nearly worth the $585 CAD we paid. We would return if we're back in Key West again.

Booked a reservation on Valentine’s Day. Got there and was told there was a prefixed menu option, and it was the only option. It was $185 per person not including drinks. You still had to pay taxes and gratuity. My husband and I ended up leaving because we didn’t like the options on the pre-fixed menu, but we ordered a drink and left a decent size tip for our server and I was still charged the $100 fee. When I called to question why I was still charged this considering we didn’t cancel our reservation, we still went and ordered drinks. They said it was their policy because we did not dine. I had said, if you offered other options, we would have stayed and ate. Manager seem unfazed. Would not recommend going if there’s a prefixed menu and you’re looking to spend over $400 on a dinner and drinks
