Don't fall for the hype. Very attractive venue but just one more tourist trap. The service was excellent. The food was horrible.
We had an amazing experience at Latitudes!! Great meals and service with breath taking views.
The place is beautiful and the food was good, but the service was disappointing. We had made a reservation specifically for an outdoor table with a view, but were seated inside. We politely asked to be moved to the outdoor area, but the manager Jerry told there was no availability. However, when we checked a few minutes later, there were at least four empty tables outside. It felt like they were picking and choosing who would sit outside, and we were clearly not a priority. They made no effort to accommodate us, even though it was cold inside and the view was the main reason we chose this restaurant.
It was around 9:15 pm and the kitchen was about to close — but when we made the reservation, there was no option to choose a later time. Overall, the experience was disappointing and, for the price we paid to dine inside, it simply wasn’t worth it. We expected much better hospitality and left feeling disappointed. At the exit, I talked to him again, but he reinforced no availability, which is very hard to believe.
This place was amazing! The server, EDDIE, made it extra special with his exceptional service and friendly personality. The food was great, and the view was beautiful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back!
My husband and I ordered the halibut. Very dry and the sides were awful. I ordered risotto on the side and didn't come out with meal until I asked for it. It was tomatoey based and not good. Our friend ordered yellowtail. Our waiter said there was one left and said he reserved it for him. Someone else (not our waiter) served our friend the grouper. No one explained until we asked that was not yellowtail. Our waiter said that the cook gave to someone else. Overall, food was not good, waiter was not attentive and kept telling us he had a 14 top to take care of. Sunset Pier Hot Tin Roof the next night was 10/10.
We had a lovely dinner at Latitudes Restaurant. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the sunset made the evening even more special. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors. The indoor areas are divided into several rooms, all with glass doors, so you can still enjoy the view no matter where you're seated.
The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the night. I had the chicken with whipped potatoes and spinach — it was well-prepared and flavorful. After dinner, we moved to the outdoor bar and enjoyed a delicious lavender cocktail to end the night.
Perfect from start to finish. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was amazing, service impeccable, and the sunset view as unforgettable. We had originally booked an outdoor reservation but we asked to be moved inside and the staff was quick to make the change and sit us at an incredible indoor comfortable table for 2. Top recommendations would be the crab cakes, key lime martinis, and the snapper.
Always a great experience. Especially for our waiter Dan who always makes it a fun experience. Thank you
We had the lobster/crab cake and lobster bisque both wonderful, key lime martini also very good.
The food was DELICIOUS!!! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting and our server, Aaron, went above and beyond. He was friendly, knowledgeable, took an amazing sunset photo and gave us a special dessert for our anniversary! This is a must-do when you are in Key West

The restaurant was beautiful, the service was great, and the food was amazing, this was the 2nd time visiting Latitudes, and we will visit again. The boat ride was nice. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant.
Unmatched location on an island just off the coast of Key West. Gorgeous sunset! That being said the heat index was 102 and the server tried to set us directly in the sun closest to the water zero shade and I told him that wouldn't work so they finally seated us inside about as far away from the sun as we could get. After a couple tables left we had the entire inside to ourselves. Food was OK but not outstanding my wife had the grouper and it was generous portion. I had the short ribs and quite frankly it was kinda like roast beef that you would find on a buffet somewhere it was certainly nothing outstanding. Actually subpar. the old-fashioneds were good the service was good. Key line pie was very good with meringue .
Latitudes in Key West offers stunning waterfront views—absolutely perfect for a special occasion or romantic dinner. While the outdoor seating is beautiful, it can get uncomfortably hot, so it’s worth asking for an indoor table. The food was delicious and expertly prepared, but the pacing was a bit rushed, with courses arriving too quickly. Overall, a memorable dining experience.
While the place is gorgeous and they have a really beautiful gem in this restaurant. The management is awful! Treat you with total disrespect without even knowing who you are! When our waiter finally came over to the table he took our drink order & it took about 15 -20 minutes to get back to us. We noticed that he was spending an inordinate amount of time with who are obviously regulars who live there. I ordered what seemed to be an amazing dinner of lobster risotto, When it arrived, the risotto was cold, and the lobster was overcooked It was chewy and disgusting. I knew there was no use to order another meal so I passed! The only saving grace of the whole night was Katrina at the outside bar, but we cannot wait to get on our ferry and get the hell out of there! Very disappointing because this is the third time I’ve been there the first time for dinner and it was the most disappointing experience ever don’t waste your time or money, please!
Upon entering, myself and guest were treated with animosity. We were not allowed to sit at the table we requested, the food was cold and overcooked. The waiter disappeared for an abysmal amount of time. We could not wait to leave and took the next ferry out of that hell hole.
