We spent a little over a week and each day was better than the previous!
The breakfast was amazing, the bar and food were also great!
Every single staff member we were in contact with was friendly, gracious, and beyond accommodating! Special shout out to Felix and Lisa!

I traveled from Miami with my daughter, but since I forgot to bring my physical credit card, they refused to let us check and they still charged me $477 as a penalty. Can this fee be refunded?
