Better ingredients, better pizza just like the motto and the staff was very friendly.Food was ready by the time indicated or sooner. Very good pizza and that's not just because I haven't had pizza in who knows how long lol!I've ordered here two days in a row because I had a gift card from donating blood and I'm new here as well as being homeless.I feel the prices are good also because I could make a pizza last two meals which is great when your not sure where your next meal is coming from.Not sure why this place only has three stars but I'm assuming maybe it was back when they a staff like McDonald's, IHOP or Wendy's which are all horribly ran with poor ratings etc.

Ordered a large pizza with Extra Extra cheese. Had zero extra cheese on our pizza. We ordered cheese sauce with the cheese sticks. Got none. We asked for plates, napkins, and salt in the driver's notes as we are in a hotel. Called to complain and whomever answered the phone said he would send a driver back out with our cheese sauce and he would send some cheese to sprinkle on the pizza. I didn't want sprinkled cheese on my pizza after it's cooked. I wanted the extra extra cheese that I paid for ON my pizza as it cooked! Worse Papa Johns experience ever.

Ordered Papa John’s on vacation, don’t have one back home so we’re excited to get our favorite pizza. I had never had a bad Papa John’s experience until today. Received our pizza and it wasn’t cut all the way through, just tore apart. We also ordered cheese sticks and the sauce for the marinara was just barely full enough to cover the bottom of the cup. We then called the store and the guy on the phone was very snarky, and sarcastic. Told me that he would be “just absolutely more than happy to send out another order” but we’d be looking at a 1hr and a half to 2 hour wait.(This is a Monday @ 6:00pm) Told him that we were not interested in waiting that long as we had a long day and we were just ready for our pizza. He then told me that he was going to “check our Papa John’s history to see if this was a “reoccurring problem” He then came back on the phone and said “oh looks like you’ve been to SEVERAL Papa John’s locations. As I said, I have never had a bad Papa John’s experience and we only order it out of town. I’m not one to complain but felt the need in this case.So he then proceeded to tell me to send him pictures of the pizza. So better yet, here they are. Don’t waste your money here, read these reviews. This store is a 3 star for a reason.

Great place to pick up a pizza and a salad north end of town in Key West. Excellent pizza, friendly efficient service and a comfortable dining area if you want to eat in. nothing fancy but worth the trip. The dining area can accommodate a lot of people, plenty of parking if you have a car, you don’t have to hassle to go downtown.Parking: It’s in the shopping center so there’s plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Friendly family style restaurant, and takeout.

[Read the whole review]First, I am a baker... and yes, at first glance I was surprised, by the (good and interesting) taste of the actually dough.It ain't a classic pizza dough. It's way to sweet for that... Also the texture is different. I believe this ain't a real fermented dough, but however, I liked the taste. Also, overall I liked the pizzas taste.I ain't having no allergies, have a strong stomach and usually am someone with a good sleep.Though, I woke up so many times having trouble with my stomach. Also I was really thirsty and drunk + 1 Liter of water that night... That said it's really salty, or I don't know. But something’s definitely wrong.The staff was friendly. Simple pizza salami Peperoni preparation on a Friday 8PM evening 20 minutes.Price ~13$ for a small one. I believe that’s is quite expensive.I did not appreciate at all, having No prices displayed at all. Not in the restaurant, nor on the flyers. Telling the employee, I am getting told it's to look up online. Dafuq?! Abate No-Go !The place itself, is cold and not inviting to eat in at all.Due to my experience, I would not recommend.
