Popped in for a drink. Bartender was nice and helpful. Wasn't sure what to get but bartender was helpful with suggestions. Got a key lime pie cocktail. It was good. Price was reasonable especially being on Duval Street.

Unfortunately they have a VERY rude bartender!!! Would never step foot in this place again!!!Maybe could have been a fun place without this RUDE woman bartending. Even others sitting at the bar said the same thing I did when standing there to get her attention because my drink was incorrect and disgusting.

The bartender in this photo was a complete WITCH to some poor lady who made a funny, and obviously satirical joke TO HER GROUP —something about showing the “fake” I’d- to which we all laughed at. The bartender COMPLETELY overreacted, angrily berating the woman about how the joke isn’t funny because a fake license can land the bartender in jail, with no license for 5 years the business lose their liquor license. No one looked underage, had a fake id, presented a fake ID or tried to present one. The joke wasn’t even said to the bartender, and the reaction, in an otherwise festive atmosphere, was simply grotesque, unhinged and unwarranted. I don’t even know these people and it was extremely uncomfortable to everyone. The bartender then tried to be nice to the people, who took a couple sips of their drinks, and left. We finished ours and left shortly thereafter.Watch out when this witch is there. She is a nasty one.

this bar has many different elements - for all ages. reasonable drink prices. very nice bartenders. and good live music. there was a very odd dance floor upstairs - but i know it'll all make more sense if it's busy.

We were walking down Duval, looking for a drink and music to listen to. We came across Rick's and picked up the last few songs from a group. An older guy set up and started performing. This guy was a hoot. He made fun and picked on the audience for laughs. He ought to have his own tv special. Anyway, drinks were reasonably priced, and the girl running the bar was friendly and helpful with information.

They allow women with giant purses but not a diabetic man with small cooler bag with nothing but his insulin and syringes.
Came in for some grab and go drinks. Service was friendly, fast, and good. They claim to have the best drink prices in Key West but that is not true at all! Drinks were about the same price here as everywhere else on Duval Street (which is on the expensive side).

Probably the hottest place in the Keys. 8 different bars, all with different layouts and bartenders. Place was busier than everywhere else, I can see this place being a madhouse when it gets really busy. All of the staff was friendly and professional.You can go from bar to bar really easily once you are in, and you can lose track of time quick with the amount of stuff there is to do inside.Will be back for sure.Kid-friendliness: Definitely not for kids

Our service was great. However having to listen to the man playing the guitar “making gay and trans jokes” was a bit insulting. I think they take it a bit to far in my opinion. Was not impressed and would never return.
