Rooster Treats - Soft Serve Ice Cream & Mini Donuts

We had the birthday cake mini donuts and the Cookie Monster Oreo mini donuts. Very cute and small treat. Will try the ice cream next time.

You have a choice of donuts or ice cream with the flavor you choose. I had the key lime ice cream and could have sworn I was eating key lime pie. Ice cream is delicious!

This is the worst experience, I have had in Key West. The lady working had a horrible attitude and was like, take it or leave it.
They had 2 choices, Chocolate or Vanilla.
In website they posted that they have 15-20 flavors If you want a big selection, go to Win Dixie or Public

We will never visit this spot again

Stopped by here for dessert after an amazing dinner at Milagro. The lady working wasn’t very helpful. I didn’t understand that the items on the menu were either served as ice cream of on donuts. The donuts smelled amazing and I wanted some ice cream on a donut, but she said they didn’t do that. So I chose an ice cream from the menu that had Oreo crushed up on it. The Oreo was the best part! The ice cream had the flavor and texture of bland ice milk, not full ice cream, especially not hi-butter fat softserve, which is what I expected.

Definitely wouldn’t return.

Kid-friendliness: Great place ! Love the donuts and the toppings!!!!!! The best part was the wonderful lady who works there Natalia or Latifa , sorry I’m bad with names . She was super clean very sweet and friendly. Definitely will be back!!!!

The Donuts are good but the lady who served me was rude! I thought powdered sugar was a standard topping so when I asked for an order of donuts with no topping only to realize that meant plain and then asked for powdered sugar, she immediately snapped at me, snatched the box back, and sprinkled sugar on them while reprimanding me about what “no topping meant” in a RUDE way. She handed the box back to me and said nothing. I immediately snapped at her and she acted as if she were taken back and surprised by what I said. I had a witness with me who experienced her horrible demeanor and behavior towards me over powdered sugar so I know I am not crazy! I was on vacation and this was my first time in Key West and I did not appreciate the treatment I received by this woman. She was rude and unprofessional!

Got two chocolate ice cream cups, asked for whipped cream on one of them, to which she shook her head and said, “no whipped cream.” And I said “ok, that’s fine, plain chocolate is fine then.” Then she walks away and mumbles, “nobody ever looks at the menu.”
This is an ice cream place, it’s safe to assume a normal place would have whipped cream, even if it isn’t on the menu. There’s no need to be rude. ?
The Ice cream is mid anyways. ??‍♀️

Great ice cream and fun toppings options! Also complete with actual roosters walking around. My kids loved stopping here! My oldest dropped his ice cream and they even gave him a replacement cup free of charge, which was extremely kind.

Kid-friendliness: Great little chairs for younger kids to sit in and enjoy some ice cream!

I grew up eating these mini donuts when I was child so I was super excited to try this place! It did not disappoint!! The mini donuts were freshly made to order. The ice cream was top notch as well!
