The lady that usually works 5am-6am is constantly making mistakes on my order, I've said something to her twice but have had 10 plus times that shes messed up and I've had to throw away both coffees. Im having to go later in the morning or after 10am to try to get someone else to make it as it should be. I've even went to smaller coffees in hopes it'll be easier for her but to no luck she still manages to add too much or too little to the few ingredients she has to use.

Sadly this generation of workers have never been taught the fine art of an apology. After paying $8 for a small cappuccino I received my beverage with only milk and no coffee. No worries- when I brought it to the Starbucks employees attention I was met with “hold on” then my previous drink with coffee was plopped down in front of me. No” I’m so sorry…, I’ll get that fixed up for you,…. Let me see what I can do.” I am seeing this more and more in all of US companies- fat pockets and zero accountability or even elementary human decency in the hard working people they hire. It’s sad.

I usually only order iced shaken espresso at Starbucks. This store makes it so exceptionally good - way better than most others!!!

I was so excited to have finally arrived in key west only for my first stop to have been sick a let down. No 1 said good morning even after 2 attempts. Once the order for the coffee was ready, she did not even say the name. Just placed on counter, when I asked if it was mine she grumbled a yes. Not my usual encounter at this establishment so that was a big let down. Still had a great day
