Worst experience I have ever had in a Starbucks! The staff is incredibly unfriendly. If they don't like doing the job, they should do something else ?

I walked into this Starbucks to use the restroom and then buy a coffee and one of the male baristas chased me down and started screaming at me that I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom and even after explaining that I was going to buy a coffee after I used the restroom he proceeded to yell and belidle me. No wonder this location is going out of business. Literally the RUDEST people I have ever met in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I just went for a small coffee, unfortunately they don’t sell those. Also the barista ( forgot to ask his name) make me feel that actually I was bothering him instead of being happy to assist me. I got it not everyone likes to work so early in the morning. I paid thinking tip or no tip, no worries he will make sure you will do so. Sad!

First, it’s a franchise store so they don’t allow you to redeem points, etc and they don’t allow you to purchase a tall drink….they force you to purchase a grande or larger drink. I asked Harry, the rude barista running the cash register to just fill the grande cup to a tall level, thinking that maybe they were just out of tall cups, he rolled his eyes and told me that they can’t do that. Just really rude to both myself and my wife. We love Starbucks but hate this one, we won’t be back. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Last year I stopped here, used my Starbucks card, and got my iced latte. This year I stopped in to get my free birthday drink and was told because it is technically in the hotel, they can't accept the Starbucks card. I said I used it last yr, I was told no I didn't....I said yes, the lady used my card. So no birthday drink unless I paid cash...which means no free birthday drink. Where I live, the Starbucks downtown is in a Hilton and I use my card all the time when I go in. And I didn't have a rental car, so it wouldn't have paid to get a taxi and pay $ to go get a drink at another Starbucks. So I didn't stop in at all during my vacation after that.

Drinks were made as ordered (custom), and delicious. Employees get your drinks out fast, especially considering all of Key West is at one Starbucks. The lines look scary, but move quick. The store had a nice selection of collectables.

Horrible customer service. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude and gaslighted a female customer. He refused to give her what she paid for I am appalled by this behavior never going back.

I went at 8pm after dinner and they were closed. My birthday was the next day and I went back to get my birthday coffee and they would not honor it. They said they don’t use the app and are not part of the Starbucks franchise. I not only didn’t get my birthday coupon i paid and I lost out on my points.

I frequent Starbucks and I am a very loyal customer. This was the first Starbucks where the employees have made me feel uncomfortable and were rude to me every single time. I visited four times during my stay in key west and the treatment got progressively worse each time. Today, the male barista screamed at me because I wasn’t fast enough. It was so brutal that other customers came up to me and told me they also had very bad experiences there and that they were sorry for how I was treated. I had a very expensive bill and was treated awfully. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back for the duration of my stay in Florida.
