My husband and I visit this bar multiple times every time we're in Key West. TJ is the BEST server! The atmosphere is DELIGHTFUL!! There is nothing to dislike about this bar, located at The Hyatt Centric on Front Street. See you in October!
While staying at the Hyatt Centric, my wife and I took full advantage of the bar, spa, and pool. There was a server walking the pool area taking orders, and she was very timely and on top of our orders.We loved our experience. I also loved the roosters, personally.On our first night from the Hyatt, we ordered room service from here, and the order was quick, accurate, and tasty. Also, they didn't skimp on the to-go wine! Awesome service.It was so good that we ate there again...
We stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed it, but the service at this pool bar was really slow. We ordered chips, salsa, and guacamole, and it took over 20 minutes to come out. I asked a server strolling by if she could please check on our order, and she said she couldn't because she was closing pool tabs. We asked at the counter, and they said someone would bring it to our table when it was ready. Seemed like a long time to wait for items that didn't need to be cooked;...
