hef Blaise’s Four Flamingos in Key West was unfortunately the worst meal my family and I had during our entire trip. With the reputation behind Chef Blaise, we were expecting something memorable — but the experience was the complete opposite.
The dishes were underwhelming and lacked flavor, especially for a restaurant that positions itself as upscale dining. Nothing we ordered stood out, and several items were simply disappointing.

We have been a few times since they have opened and it has always been an amazing dining experience. From the drinks to the desserts to the service, I would give this place a 10/10! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a pleasant fine dining option in Key West.
Incredible meal! Excellent service! Not inexpensive, but worth it. Beautiful spot to watch the sun set into the water! Check them out. Thank me later. Peace ✌🏻
