Stopped by today. Really close to the Southern Most Resorr, where we stayed for the week. I wish we would have discovered The Lobster Shack sooner. This is not a gimmicky cookie-cutter carbon-copy tourist trap. Clean, fresh, flavorful, unique and quality attention to preserving the lobster and not covering up the flavors. Two thumbs up. Grab n go or stay, but limited seating. Plan your bext KW trip around eating here as well. Great service.

Don’t blink or you might miss this little gem. Generous portions of perfectly prepared lobster. Definitely a better value than a tail at dinner. Also had excellent bisque and coconut shrimp. Highly recommended.

We visited Key West on our honeymoon. The Lobster Shack is only open a couple of a days during the week, but it was worth the wait! My husband had the lobster grilled cheese and I had the coconut shrimp. Everyone was so nice and the food was amazing!

Amazingly friendly folks. Their lobster roll and bisque are some of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had fresh Maine lobster IN MAINE on multiple occasions. Well done!!!

I must say, I never had better lobster sandwich before and my wife had a coconut shrip and same thing, was so so delicious... really recommend the place... Tim, very kind and friendly person!!!

The food is great but be prepared to be literally shoulder to shoulder with strangers because the entire restaurant is not much bigger than the average living room. It’s expensive, I spent $76 on two lobster rolls and some diet cokes, but they were good and the staff is polite and attentive. The rolls are served cold, which is refreshing on a Key West afternoon when the sun feels like a magnifying glass. I went with the spicy roll with sriracha mayo and jalapeños, highly recommend!

We’ve been visiting Keywest for many year’s and this time we decided to try The Lobster Shack and we were thrilled. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and I felt like I knew the owner Tim for an eternity. If you’re in Keywest you must visit the Lobster Shack. 5 Stars is not deserving enough for them! Best food in Keywest.
