Robin, the bartender, can mix up anything your heart desires with serious skill and creativity. She’s paired with barback Carlo, and the two work in perfect sync behind the bar — it’s like watching a well-rehearsed performance.
We also experienced our very first caviar bump here, which made the night even more memorable.
The Roost is small, so I strongly recommend getting there early to grab a spot. Absolutely worth the visit if you appreciate thoughtfully made cocktails and a great bar atmosphere.

I'm sure there good at what they do, lots of people had good-looking drinks but I couldn't stay for the heavy scent. It was an intense perfume smell that made me think I wouldn't be able to taste a drink.

This place has been a must stop for my last few annual Key West trips. They make excellent craft cocktails with fresh ingredients and quality spirits. It’s on the smaller side and has a classy intimate feel, so it’s a great place to stop if you want a change from the dive bars on and around Duval. Highly recommend!

I went there for happy hour caviar specials. They claim that they had a refrigeration glitch and didn’t have any caviar or anything else that needed to be refrigerated available. Very disappointed. Bowen the bartender was very friendly and skilled at making cocktails.
