Great Old Fashioned special, nice wine list, and wow what an amazing Parmesan cheese plate! We will be back soon 😊

Relaxing, cozy atmosphere with great drinks and fantastic service. Always love the fact that they use Stoli Elit vodka for their drinks and their Mules are some of the best we’ve ever had. Enjoyed a cosmo as well, which was delicious. Plenty of seating space and comfortable setting to enjoy a drink. The bartenders were all very welcoming and friendly as always!

I have high standards for everything, and this place met them. Soooo Key West themed and the owner is fantastic!!! Every single decor piece was thought out so I highly recommend. Also, if you’re partying hard they have appetizers here too

We were so excited to try this after reading the reviews. Service was AWFUL. The only reason we got drinks was because a local noticed the bartender was paying zero attention to us. He came in after us, was waited on right away and then ordered for us. Bartender still hasn’t acknowledged us. Glasses are empty. Don’t know if we can come back.

I really wanted to give The Roost another chance after the last rude bartender finally left, but unfortunately, history is repeating itself. The bartender Gino is just as awful and unprofessional, making the experience completely unpleasant. Not only was he disrespectful to my friends, but I witnessed him being nasty to other polite patrons who entered as well. It’s disappointing because I want to enjoy coming here, but it’s hard to justify spending money somewhere when the staff treats customers like an inconvenience. Management should take the time to truly address this issue and hire people who actually respect the people who support their business.

Had the Blowin’ smoke up your glass while my boyfriend drank the lonesome dove. Great drinks with decent quality spirits. Think a little more outdoor seating would do this place very well, but totally understand the environment. Quality of the drinks really shines through here.
