I tried to send in a complaint and even the web site would not take the complaint I was over charged and I asked for a certain kind of Ice cream and he gave me what he wanted me to
have when I ask for a refund he refused then he said they did not have the one I wanted then why take my money and to boot I had a coupon and he took it off and then added it back on again that's like stealing from me and the company.
I am again disappointed with Bruster's Trevose. They advertised Banana Cream Pie ice cream as favor of the month. I got it last week and it was outstanding. Went back Monday to buy it again and they were out. This is the 2nd time that they did this. A couple of months ago they had Butter Cake Ice cream as favor of the month and a week before the flavor expired they ran out but they were still advertising it. How can they do this? Powhatan stopped serving sugar cones! It’s still showing on the menu. Poor choice! I don’t like other cones, just sugar ones. Guess I’ll be getting ice cream somewhere else now :(
