“We stopped in for some ramen noodles. This place was immaculate and the service was phenomenal. The food was excellent. My grandson left his iPhone 16 there. We called and the gentleman who answered the phone said he would wait for us to get there as they were closing. Indeed he did! There are still honest people in this world!!! 5 stars to this restaurant. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!“

“I had an amazing experience at Mochinut thanks to Shanay! We arrived close to closing time, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us with such kindness and patience. She greeted us warmly, answered all our questions, and made sure we still got exactly what we wanted without making us feel rushed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made our visit so enjoyable. Employees like Shanay make all the difference—thank you for the excellent service!“

“I live three hours away and one day I was in da area with my family and tried this food. Let me tell you we have been coming back every since.. Idk if it’s something so different or i just love Papa Rican food but yeahhh!! Always fresh, customer service is great.. I wish they can bring a location to JAX

“I’m a regular here
I love the place
But last night I came in I ordered 2 spicy chicken rolls
And I went to my my table
The guy with black hair with blonde highlights took my order handed me a number and I got myself chop sticks
Immediately as I sat down he took away my number and my chop sticks
Okay that was weird
20 mins later he brung my plate to the table and brought me out a tuna roll
I brung the plate back and said I didn’t order this and he argued with me
Than he gave me a refund and I was like I don’t want a refund I want to eat here but I want my spicy chicken rolls still
I was just annoyed that I tipped both times and I was met with attitude and rudeness like why do you gotta grab someone’s table wear when you’re not gonna bring it to me anyways
He’s not new either
Overall great food but I was met with bad service and bad attitude“

“I love this place, the owner is cool, she doesn't speak much English I believe but trust me she is a super nice genuine person and the staff are amazing plus the drinks they make are incredible. Please tip the staff if you can, and I am about to go get another one of these amazing drinks. They also have some stuff to snack on grill cheese is so good.???“
