Sitting by the pool, sipping a drink, and enjoying a meal is a great way to lunch. Our experience would have been better if we had better service. The food was good, so that's all that matters.
This is by far the best food I've had at the Swan/Dolphin resort, as many other places have been a disappointment with quality, flavor and service. The flavor and quality of food was great, the service by Mary was outstanding and the ambiance at night was delightful. We ordered the Caesar Salad w/chicken and Margherita flatbread and they both far exceeded our expectations. The chicken was seasoned very well and it was cooked to perfection. I will cut to the chase and advise everyone that the story has a not so happy ending… Being that the Dolphin is my go to hotel when I am visiting the area, the Cabana Bar has always been a good place to visit for “beach drinks” and good eats by the pool. The menu had delicious octopus (gone), delicious steak tips (gone) and other goodies that were pulled from the menu like the infamous dodo bird from the island of Mauritius.
