Food was great, the sauce with the tequenos was amazing. The drinks were great, we got Tamarindo, Parcha(Passion Fruit) and Limonada. At to we had pernil with mofongo and another order of boneless chicken with cheese sauce and bacon with mofongo. The food was huge. Caught us by surprise but it was GREAT. Definitely reccomend.

Keyla was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable.She was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. She checked on our table regularly, refilled our drinks promptly, and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.Keyla's exceptional service truly enhanced my dining experience at Chimiking. I visited them and they did not have a variety of sodas, I asked if they would allow me to buy one on the side and the waitress Keyla told me that they did not allow it (which is not allowed anywhere), I asked for a manager or supervisor and she told me that they did not. There was no one just regular employees. Additionally, I ordered rice with beans and the smoked beans and the smoked rice ☹️ very bad taste and I still paid for them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

On Sunday, February 25, I went to Chimiking Restaurant in Kissimmee. WHAT AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I was assisted by a woman, I believe of Peruvian nationality. XENOPHOBIC, I am Venezuelan and when she saw me identified with a cap from my country. She was the most contemptuous woman I have ever seen. I asked if the boiled “Soup” was good and she said she didn't eat that. I asked him what the soup was served with and he told me a couple of things. Then I told him, is it possible with arepitas? SIR, I ALREADY TOLD YOU WHAT IT WAS ACCOMPANIED WITH. My daughter ordered some Seafood and was also met with derogatory responses. And to top it all off he left with the order and instead of sending for preparation. He went to talk to another employee and pointed at us saying I don't know what. That infuriated me and we stood up and walked away.DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE IT'S THE WORST!
