Tried to charge me a 12 dollar service fee which was not disclosed on the booking site. Their credit card machines do not support pins so they did not give me my room even though i paid in full online because i could not pay the service fee at the hotel because their machines are outdated.They would not cancel my reservation because they said the manager has to approve it but he is not reachable. I am left without a room and no refund currently.

NASTY. that's the best way to say it. Pure nasty. Complained to choice hotel customer service and they didn't seem to care. I would feel safer sleeping in my care on the streei.

The room was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed at. I don’t even know where to start, first and foremost the gentleman at the desk have a terrible customer service skill. I got there Thu morning at 7:45-8:00, hope that help with figuring out who was there. When I got to my room, there was a strong mildew, so I proceeded to check the rest of the room. I found both beds had other people hair on them. Cobwebs all over the room, microwave was weardown and dirty. I have photos of everything. The bathroom was dirty, the floor didn't vacuum properly, the refrigerator was dirty, the bathroom sink was dirty, hair on the tub. I had to go to Walmart for a new sheet, cleaning supplies and airfresher. I really hope you take this feedback and approve your business and rooms.Rooms: Terrible
Pros: Recently remodeled, soft towels, parking, quiet, free breakfast, staff was friendly and next to a great coffee shop.Cons: no water provided at breakfast, random resort fee for horrible WiFi, staff restocking breakfast had a hard time keeping up with demand as this is a huge motel with a lot of guests; so I felt seating and offerings were too small.With that being said I would gladly stay here any time I am in the area, price is extremely fair and the room was clean.
