It was not a great experience. The rooms were filthy. One of the beds didn’t have linens. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to get linens and we’re told they would bring them to us and when they did it was 11:30 at night many hours later. The floors were filthy upon checking in our feet were black. The ac barely cooled. The pool was disgusting and full of bugs. My allergies went crazy due to dust and moldy smells in the room. WORST HOTEL EVER.
The hotel staff is in dire need of a customer service course.
You will never see a smile or an attitude of hospitality.
They were charging us unjustified charges, and would not helped us solve it.
They did not did the cleaning once, even though it was requested multiple times.
Saying it offers "breakfast" is an insult to the guests.
Terrible conditions.
DO NOT STAY HERE, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS AT THE SAME PRICE IN THE AREA.
