So your store not only turned away a customer who is deaf, but then called the police on her as well? Totally unacceptable. I am hard of hearing and wearing hearing aids, so I will be sure to go out of my way to avoid your particular store whenever I am in the area. I think it's time to invest in customer service and sensitivity training for your employees.
Everytime I go there I get there coffee everyday. But once in a while I would like a bagel. Everytime I get a bagel it's hard as a rock. Not fresh at all. And the cream cheese is in a ball right in the middle. Please get better...
