At first, the cashier who was on the speaker was so rude. It was a girl, and I didn’t get her name, but after, I was greeted by Lex, and he was so sweet, got my doughnut that I was missing, complimented my nails, and was so personable! He definitely saved the experience because I went up to the window upset and that changed quickly! Lex It’s definitely an asset to this Dunkin’ Donuts!
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since it first opened and I must say I have not had exceptional service until recently ! I must point out this employee by the name of Lex who has been nothing but absolutely WONDERFUL! Every single time I’ve gone to this location he has made my experience better & better.
