I placed an order about an hour before picking it up. I ordered through the app. It said on the app that because I was ordering two dozen donuts that the order was going to likely take some time to prepare. I paid and went to pick it up through the drive thru. I ordered at about 10am and went to pick it up at 11am. It was paid for. When I get there the order wasn’t ready because they thought I wasn’t going to pick it up. Apparently customers have made the mistake in the past of ordering at other locations by mistake or not picking up their orders at all and I had to pay for others decisions. When I asked the employee, “Why would I pay and not pickup?” His response was what I said in my previous sentence. I was in a hurry because I had ordered the donuts for my daughter’s birthday and the point of ordering it beforehand was for it to be ready for when I went to pick it up. Awful service and I definitely won’t be going there again.

The food was just tossed in the bag I ordered snakin bacon and bagel mini and the snackin bacon was plain as hell and the bagel mini were cold! My French vanilla coffee was like water with sugar … very disappointing. Bc I’m a Dunkin fan ! The lady at the window was nice but the food thumbs down!

This is the worse Dunkin ever! The worst management! Trinity is horrible, always complaining and rude!!!!! Anytime I go there we have to wait or be woken to rudely! They always saying the don’t care it’s franchise you can’t call corporate so she don’t care. Stop spending money here. Employees constantly going out back coming back in without washing their hands. Anytime you go here management is the worst part! Customers do not matter here

Attention Muslims! It has come to our attention that the managing staff at this location are bigots towards Muslims. They have recently fired a man with the only detailed reasoning being his faith in Islam made someone feel uncomfortable. The assistant manager, when confronted, did not deny her hatred for Muslims. Be aware. The location on Vine St from my understanding is owned by Muslims. Do not support Islam hating businesses.
