This is the worse Dunkin ever! The worst management! Trinity is horrible, always complaining and rude!!!!! Anytime I go there we have to wait or be woken to rudely! They always saying the donāt care itās franchise you canāt call corporate so she donāt care. Stop spending money here. Employees constantly going out back coming back in without washing their hands. Anytime you go here management is the worst part! Customers do not matter here

Too much waiting time in mornings for just a regular coffee. Itās nothing but the lack of workers. There is only one lady helping drive through and walk ins and because she is running to help everyone she gets tired and has attitude. This has to be fixed!!!!

Having a rough start to the day, I went through their drive through for a coffee. Quick service, a friendly smile, fresh hot coffee on a cold day. She even said āHave a blessed oneā when I left. Wonderful customer service - thank you for making my morning!

Attention Muslims! It has come to our attention that the managing staff at this location are bigots towards Muslims. They have recently fired a man with the only detailed reasoning being his faith in Islam made someone feel uncomfortable. The assistant manager, when confronted, did not deny her hatred for Muslims. Be aware. The location on Vine St from my understanding is owned by Muslims. Do not support Islam hating businesses.

Well, I just downloaded the application to my cell phone trying to use the app and I don't know English and those who work don't understand Spanish, but when I show them the app what I specifically want, they don't help me much and it's been 2 times that I buy without being able to use the app!!! But they do serve quickly.
