They are helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. The shop has great pricing, great selection, and top tier service. One customer called over eight places and could not find a product, but Wizard Smoke Shop had it and worked with them. Another had an issue finding usual vapes, and the staff helped find a new flavor and took their number to order the usuals. The staff always take time to answer questions and remember their customers. Many say they will definitely be back and recommend the shop to everyone.
