Was craving a chicken pincho. I haven’t had one in years. The pincho was too crispy hard and hardly no sauce on it. The cashier was friendly. The location is a must see. World of food trucks. About 30 food trucks in this one location.
Pinchos de pollo were not good. Cooked through but dry, no flavor and very little sauce. The "garlic" sauce tasted like straight mayo. The tostones were not crispy, seemed to be sitting for quite sometime under a heat lamp. Service was good, and music was good, but you have to rate by the food. Avoid this

Waited 30 min for fried meat and tostones. Tostones were cold and soft. The fried meat was fresh but overcooked and very dry. Mayo ketchup just tasted like mayonnaise. The only good thing was the passion fruit juice and the prices were reasonable but I won't go back.
