Made an order in uber eats to eat from this place and be delivered to my location since it was an option available.. They took the delivery option to deliver the order by themselves as image attached shows. Then I called in, they told me that delivery option it has never been available and that I must go to the place and pick it up myself. Horrible experience, very tricky people. I had to call uber eats and they were the ones who canceled the order. See images for reference.

Waited 30 min for fried meat and tostones. Tostones were cold and soft. The fried meat was fresh but overcooked and very dry. Mayo ketchup just tasted like mayonnaise. The only good thing was the passion fruit juice and the prices were reasonable but I won't go back.

I went on September 19 at 7:30 pm and ordered a mofongo with curds and they gave me super salty curds. I went to have them change it and they told me that all they had to do was pay me 52 dollars plus 5 dollars as a tip. If they continue like this, they block the bus, that one is the Cuban one and the Puerto Rican one, both of them are little kids, I don't know why the owner leaves them, it's even more gross, but no one should buy there because they're going to end up in a hospital with the high blood pressure oh and no money because they also steal from you, they are hedge spiders

I waited almost a hour for my food it never was made to be told they ran out of Chicken... they could have just told everyone that from the start then I went to ask for our money back they gave us attitude I will never return to that food truck place again they ruined my first time experience. Was craving a chicken pincho. I haven’t had one in years. The pincho was too crispy hard and hardly no sauce on it. The cashier was friendly. The location is a must see. World of food trucks. About 30 food trucks in this one location.

Took an hour to get our food, fries were saggy/not cooked fully, like not fried but just soaked on oil, pinchos had very little sauce on them weren’t the best at taste. I wouldn’t buy here again.
We ordered two hours mofongo with carne frita and. chicharrón de pollo for delivery. and instead they gave us rice with gandules very salty and uncooked rice ?.so disappointed Could not sallows shame on you!!!! you call this El forgon it’s should of be name El forgon saltado. So so so sad my culture boricuas?was looking forward to this . I personally would NOT! Recommended at Alll Shame!!!!!!!!?

Pinchos de pollo were not good. Cooked through but dry, no flavor and very little sauce. The "garlic" sauce tasted like straight mayo. The tostones were not crispy, seemed to be sitting for quite sometime under a heat lamp. Service was good, and music was good, but you have to rate by the food. Avoid this

The rice, beans and fried pork chunks were delicious however the mofongo which was fresh was not of my liking . It had like a hint of adobo and other seasonings which are not traditional Puerto Rican to use for flavoring other than garlic n salt. It really killed the vibe for me. I waited 40 min for it and was really disappointed along with the chicharrón de pollo which had a gummy texture. i wouldn't say i don't recommend if not maybe they could switch some things up a little to make it more authentic and pleasurable to the pallet.
