I just want to rave about the amazing customer service we received from here. We had a previous issue with dining here and the staff and management went above and beyond to rectify it and ensure our next visit was amazing. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of which is a rarity now a days.
The service is 10 stars +++ !!! It’s like Hooters for women - sezzzy men serving up burgers and yummm 😋!!! The food is a little over cooked but honestly you don’t care . I had the bison burger which was perfection . My friend had the patty melt that was very dry. The portions are generous - so much in fact that after eating the salad we barely touched our meal so we had enough for the next day too.
The food was great. The atmosphere- awesome. They do warn you about a 20% service fee, which is generally no problem because I usually tip at least that much. However, their service was lacking and then I heard the blame game. The restaurant was about 60% capacity and there were plenty of staff, so there was no true reason for bad service.
