I just went today and it really makes me sad because they were my favorites from Puerto Rico and when they opened everything was good and fresh, but I went today and the service is not the same, never and the acai is frozen with frozen and horrible fruits 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I'm not coming back, plus the frappe isn't even well done. Horrible experience

my girl just got surgery and she was craving acai, only one nearby closes at 10pm i rushed to get her some so she can feel better. not the first time this has happened multiple times, different times within last 10 min to close. its 2 min to close and the lady tells you she already close and to leave. not even being 10pm on the dot. not the first time, i understand they ready to leave but customer service is key and an exception to 1-2 min makes the difference. bad experience overall.

I've always disliked the frappes from this place simply because they tasted too watered. It's honestly hard to explain. It's like if someone blended a ton of ice and squirted artificial flavoring in the beverage and then charged you money to drink it. Now, I go often. Why? Because my mother was obsessed. Now, I never reviewed this place because I hate giving bad reviews. But today, my mother was extremely disappointed. She ordered a frappe and asked if they changed the recipe. They laughed at her and said no. Which meant I had to suffer a 2 hr car ride filled with endless complaints about how awful the service and food is. So I think it's only fair I review this place to warn everyone. You will either leave with a disappointing drink or the person will and you will not hear the end of it. Learn from my suffering. Go somewhere else.
