I never leave rating for any food spots, but I HAD to give this place a rating. I've tried most acai places in Kissimmee, but nothing beats this one! I've been going there since last year and it still shocks me how every single time it's a 10/10. They're size portions are better than expected for the prices, the fruits are always fresh, the acai itself tastes better than most places I've tried, and I love that it's never a long wait and the workers are always attentive, sweet and never get my order wrong or disappoint in anyway.

A lot of strawberries than the chocolate and pistachios crème for the Dubai kiss. Also unsanitary to touch money with the same glove you use to prepare food. The atmosphere was pretty decent.

Very poor customer service. I went today as soon as they opened and the employee already had a nasty attitude. Left and didn't buy anything. Next time hire people with good customer service.

The customer service is HORRIBLE, the atmosphere is very hostile, the person in front was very serious and annoying, he didn’t want to attend to me. I barely entered in the morning and the person made a bad face and spoke to me reluctantly, if I could give 0 stars I would, terrible service.

Went in today craving a Nutella shake, waited 30 minutes just to walk out with a Chocolate syrop shake with a very light touch of nutella.
I didn't return it because the waiting time was crazy

My experience in this shop was unfortunately not the best, as the product can be good, customer service was not there at all. I walked in and while I was trying to order, the employee decided to FaceTime a friend rather then attend us. Nonetheless, she was talking unprofessionally with another customer.

Great product but unfortunately when you have bad employees that have a attitude towards customers on the phone and in person yeah that’s not good I remember the guy who originally opened this place such a humble person and such a great guy with a great product but your business is hurting with people who don’t want to work and want to act like children.

Dubai chocolate cup has like 10 strawberries and barely and chocolate or pistachio and cost $16 better off buying strawberries and melted Hershey’s in a cup and making at home… I never leave bad reviews but I feel scammed

Rude three employees, saw yesterday how another cuatomer returned a bowl of strawberry because it has a hair in it, instead of apologies or looking for options they acted sarcastic with customer in front of everyone in there... thank God it was not me because my reaction would have been way different than pool girl and her mother. Service should always be always the main focus in any business and these three ladies yesterday had no customer skills what so ever.
