this is my favorite ramen shop ever. we literally drive 2 hours just to come here because it’s that worth it. i personally love the brisket ramen!

Ramen broth is really savory (Tonkotsu black garlic) on the thinner side. Noodles are thick almost like Lo mein. Not too crowded place and really nice atmosphere and quick service. They have a huge selection of drinks and karaage is really good too. Thank you for this place and quality.

My little family has been all around the USA on vacation. In each location, we choose a ramen house. Of the twenty or so locations we have visited, Hokusai Ramen is our favorite! If I lived in Orlando I would come here 3 or so times a week.
My son is the pickiest of us all, and focuses on the seasoned egg. The attached photo says it all!

I came here when they opened about a year or so ago. And I wasn't impressed at all. The food was OK.
I guess they have improved their recipes since then. I tried tonkatsu curry ? and it was wonderful. Definitely, not what I remember! Good job ?
Great food! Great service! The Jasmine Green Milk Tea is the most authentic one I have had since coming to the U.S. The curry is also something you can't miss!
