Manage expectations when you go there it’s casual average Ramen place. Under seasoned and cold tempura, tender but cold yakitori, chilli edamame had no salt seasoning but spicy ramen was good. Self order, self pickup and clear your own table.

Stayed in orlando for 9 days and ate there for 4 nights 😁 need I say more? It was that good. Fun atmosphere, great tasting food and affordable. Also check out the bibimspot beside it. YUMMY

Authentic ramen gem near Disney! 🍜 The broth is deep and comforting, noodles are freshly handmade, and every bite tastes like what I had in Japan. Quick, casual service but top-notch quality. A must-try in Orlando! I will come back very soon!

Absolutely one of the best ramen spots in Central Florida! 🍜 The broth is rich and flavorful, clearly made from real bones and fresh ingredients. The handmade noodles are springy and authentic — a rare find in the U.S. The self-service style makes everything fast and easy, and the staff are always friendly. Feels just like eating ramen in Japan. Highly recommend Hokusai Ramen to anyone looking for an authentic ramen experience in Orlando/Kissimmee!
