“Excellent service and food. We asked to be seated in the bar area as it was crowded Sunday lunch time. We ordered drinks and food. Sara gave excellent service and great conversation while waiting on everyone at the bar. I am a server and that is a big compliment from me. Kudos for hiring such great staff. I will visit this location again even though I have 2 that are closer.“

She made our whole experience so pleasurable and the reason we returned for a second meal on our last night in Kissimmee before heading home to Canada! Thank you!

“Had a bad experience with long wait times and service. But after I spoke to manager Josh wanted me to come back to give them another chance. He gave us a gift certificate to return. That was extremely nice of them. We definitely will be back.“

“We went here for dinner last Monday. I wait listed us and only had to wait 5 mins for our table. Christian was our server, it was his first day serving. He was awesome! Very attentive, friendly and just a nice guy! The food was nice, the breadsticks were divine!
There was a little bit of confusion with our bill, the manager came over and rectified it and she was also really nice.

“My husband daughter and I came upon this restaurant this evening. The service was amazing and the food was amazing. The garlic bread that they give you is out of this world. We also got the calamari and my 11-year-old daughter ate the whole thing except for three pieces. I got the pasta fajioli soup and hubby got the house salad. For the main course, my husband and daughter both got the Chicken parm. I got the Veal Marsala. Everything was phenomenal. Our waitress, Virginia was amazing, she went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. The manager “D” was also amazing. We will be going back many times in the near future!“

“Tried to order three pizzas and 30 wings. After placing an order, I was told I didn’t meet the minimum requirement for free delivery. My order was $100+. We went elsewhere. Don’t know how you stay in business. Very disappointed.“

“The ONLY and best NY Pizza in town. I am from NY and know 😉. I leave work order and pick it up. I can be around the neighborhood and wait and service the same. Staff very friendly and always with a smile. I can be at home 30 min away and have two places I go to this location. Customer like me very happy and thankful🤗🥰🤗“

“By far the freshest, tastiest, delicious hoagies in Kissimmee. There’s nothing remotely Italian down here and knowing I can get a taste of home here is a blessing. Friendly customer service, almond torrone and Manhattan Specials it’s my go to for lunch!“
