Jeremiah's Italian Ice

1. They no longer carry sugar free option. The clerk told me they will never have it again. They went from 24 flavors to 14 flavors

2. I had a 25% off coupon but he took my phone number instead of scanning the QR code I presented — which got me the points but didn’t scan the coupon so didn’t get my 25% off reward.

3. My husband paid cash and the wrong change was given. It’s so sad and pathetic that people working a register don’t know how to count back change these days.

The last time we came here it was also disappointing — even though we live close by I doubt we will be back.

Our visit was amazing. We tried new tea combinations we have not had before and were pleasantly surprised at how good they were. Hirah helped us pick out these new selections. She provided great customer service. Hirah was pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and provided service with a smile. We will definitely be coming to this location again very soon!

This is my second time trying this Italian ice cream and it’s my first time going into go to the location in Kissimmee house time Janissa attended her. She was so kind and helpful the place was super clean. She was actually cleaning when I got there , are ice was delicious and will definitely be coming back again and again and again and again you make me feel bad though I feel bad

Went there for first time to try it out with the family. The place is very clean and the cashier was great made us feel like VIPs! Dont remember her name but she was awesome.
Will be returning with the family for sure!

I come here so often it’s concerning, I really love it and my favorite flavors are vanilla ice cream with cotton candy Italian ice or mint chocolate chip, the prices are quite high and I’m pretty sure the cup sizes shrunk but are still yummy.

This was a super fun place. The staff was very friendly and answered the questions we had on the ice. They even provided a sample. We were happy and satisfied. Where we come from they don’t have ice mixed with ice cream like that but it was definitely something that we would love to go back and try and definitely recommend.

Such a great place! We love going to get a yummy ice cream treat and this is one of my favorite locations! Highly recommend!!
