We had the absolute best dinner at Kobe Monday evening. From the wet hand towels to wash your hands before service through all the extras for dinner through to the very end of service. It was excellent. Best Japanese steakhouse experience we've ever had and we do eat at them probably 20 times a year. This was exceptional
Our Chef was the best we have ever had and we go to Kobe's quite a bit. Wish all the chefs cooked everything as perfectly as ours did this time. They need to put some sound absorption tiles or something in the location. Our waiter was very efficient.
The service, food and chef were good, the only difference is for close to 30 years we've been eating at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse at the hibachi grill and my wife, who has a beef allergy was told for the first time they needed to prepare her whole meal separate from everyone else's. Usually they just do the beef last but this time they cooked all her food first. The server stated the white rice was steamed in a chicken/beef broth which seemed odd. Her rice was cooked...
