The food was good. Service was awful! It would have been nice to have been greeted and advised that you just seat yourself. Also got our tab at the table and had to guess that you take it to the counter to check out. Tip is included which explains the laque of customer service. It is a nice place but service doesn’t make it worth returning.
The food was enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by a disappointing level of service. From the start, it was clear that the staff were inattentive and unorganized. The dishes themselves were flavorful and well-prepared, making it clear that the kitchen knows what they’re doing. In fact, I’d recommend the food to anyone. But, given the level of service I experienced, it might be wise for the restaurant to consider switching to a to-go-only model. Without the pressure...
Today we bought 2 lunches, mine was a paisa tray, the egg was burnt and extremely small, the beans were very bad, if they see that the avocado is damaged, why should they put it in…. 2 juices that were just water, although I loved this restaurant, it was very good.
