First time we visited this town because we were close to the area, we usually visit the one on Colonial dr. Very disappointed, the place was very dirty, from the moment you enter to the area where they prepare the food and frappes. I was really surprised to see so much dirt in a place where everything should be spotless. Besides, the music was so exaggeratedly loud. They should offer the same quality of service and presentation in all the locations they open. I definitely wouldn't go back to this one.

Very bad service, my husband bought takeout and all they have left is I asked for the bathroom to urinate because I'm pregnant and they denied me, what really bad people, that's why the Latino doesn't grow and the American flourishes because the Americans are so kind every day. Restaurants that I have been to, from the best to the simplest American ones, have treated me with respect and these people emptied the place and were so unpleasant, don't even think about coming here if you want to be mistreated, humiliated.

En Kissimmee Oh my God el mejor mofongo que yo me haya comido en mis 62 años. Carlos el chef con una pechuga al ajillo jugo de mango Nutella mi esposo de Venezuela me dijo este va a ser nuestro nuevo lugar para comer. Gracias Carlos te botaste con ese sabor rico de Puerto Rico ?

They have the frappe on the menu and they don't have the best flavors available to order on 2 occasions that I went... Additionally, they charge for paying by card... what a shame that's how business goes down..

Ordered two passion fruit frappés. He ended up giving us two Apple “passion fruit” juices. It was supposed to have milk to make it a smoothie. Instead it was all watery and tasted more like apple sauce.
And to top it off a red rusty apple on top with seeds.
The strawberries were dipped in chocolate and the chocolate did not taste right.
The cup was small.
We paid 25$ for this….

I went here before and ordered a large passion fruit juice (not a frappe). The cup they gave me last time was at least 1.5-2X bigger and it actually tasted like Passion fruit not watery apple sauce + the strawberries were good.

I’m sorry to leave this review but you guys gotta step it up.

I found this place on Google and they took care of me 5 minutes before closing and they were really good people , friendly and awesome service with amazing Frappes the best in the Kissimmee area ,I definitely recommend this place for Frappe ,Juices ,Açaí Bowls and other things too.

The establishment is small but quaint. At the time, there was only one person there to take our pretty big order. He was very amicable and handled our order efficiently and professionally, considering him not having any help. The food was delicious! Everyone in my group was super happy with their food. We will be coming back.

Everything done to perfection, excellent! Super friendly. My husband and I ordered the “Mofongo Bowl” which was delicious. “Piña Colada” / “Pacha Fruit Juice” is super big and tastes delicious like in Puerto Rico. This restaurant is like none other in FL, we will return. ?10/10 God bless you!

The lady was super rude and yelled at us and I asked her for a Nutella frappe and she gave us cream made with water. The service was horrible, the lady gave us the middle finger just because we asked her where the air conditioning was and she said that we attacked her and she was yelling at the server. She yelled at us so much and I asked her why she was yelling at me and she said she was yelling because it was Puertarican and I told him that I have friends from Puerto Rico and Av.

Horrible experience!!! I wanted to go after shopping at the supermarket next door and I ran out of there when I saw the terrible customer service they were giving to a woman with her two children, the woman was asking that they please give her what she had paid and the lady who is taking care of the establishment was treating her horribly, telling her that the client had no reason to rule her business, that if they didn't like it, she didn't care about the new clients.
The client politely tried to talk to him and the lady at the establishment became increasingly rude, so I went to my car to wait and I realized that when the client left with her children, the lady who runs the establishment gave her the finger. regardless of whether there were minors present. From that moment on I decided not to invest my money in such a poorly represented business that does not take care of its future clients and sets such a bad example for minors.

You have to try their starwberry-coconut lemonade!!!. Its delicious and super big.I went on a Sunday, and the cook was by herself. She needs help. Its hard to take orders, cook, serve and clean by yourself on a busy shift.

The place is a fairy tale, the service is the best you will receive, totally recommended, I would like them to add a website or a digital menu so I can order online, an application would be good for me to order from work

The worst service I have ever received was the employee with a lot of attitude and no desire to serve anyone. If it was full, you would understand but the place was empty and she served us reluctantly.
