What a slow drive though. Not sure why it takes 25 mins to get to the speaker to order. Ridiculous.
Say, McDonald's you may want to check in with your drive-thru crew who told me I was "giving him attitude" and the shift manager who didn't do anything about it when I asked for her. This was in response to the fact that they got my order wrong twice and I showed him the receipt displaying the simple order I'd paid for.
Customer service has always been spotty at this particular location but never has a McDonald's crewmember been so brazen about being downright disrespectful....read full review
