Worst service I’ve ever experienced—and from the manager!
On Friday, August 29, 2025 at 5:15pm, my husband and I went to McDonald’s. The location was experiencing a power outage, so we simply asked if our online order would be automatically canceled or refunded. Instead of providing help, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and spoke down to my husband in a completely unprofessional manner.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A MCDONALDS!!!! PLACED A CURBSIDE PICK UP ORDER AND WAITED MORE THAN 30 MINUTES!!! NO ONE WOULD OPEN THE DOOR OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE US IN THE PARKING LOT .. So now I have a problem, I went through McDonald's drive-thru, and I drive a Dodge Charger that is a retired police car but it's a newer one because I do private security work.
