The staff was incredibly stressed out! There were only two employees running the place. Felt so bad for the lady working the front, she was doing the drive thru and everything all alone. On top of everything the soda machine didn’t even have coke so we had to burden her more by asking for refills.
Avoid it here. We placed a mobile order, walk in and there only seems to be 3 people working. One being a manager who is just walking around, not doing really anything at all. We wait 15 mins before going to ask about our food, since we can see it just sitting in the heating tray. It still took them forever to even get us it. The food tasted absolutely disgusting. This is the Burger King beside the Old Town. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. It’s late at night so there aren’t many customers. The server odds the nicest that I’ve met. Helpful, friendly, chatty. I’m trying to order the $3 whopper Wednesday. I don’t have the US version of the BK app. He helps me to get into the app and obtain a code. The shoppers come very fast.
