Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience,
I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the experience my party and I had at your restaurant today.
We were a party of five, and it took over one hour for our food to arrive. When it finally did, the order was incomplete, and one of the steaks was extremely dry and poorly prepared. Because the quality was unacceptable, I asked the server if the steak could be replaced or, preferably, canceled altogether.
Unfortunately, no member of the staff or management came to apologize or attempt to improve the situation. When I requested the bill, I noticed that my order was never taken out my bill just a 50% discount on that item and the gratuity had already been automatically added, despite the poor service and overall experience.
This was extremely disappointing, especially given the amount of time we waited and the lack of accountability shown by the staff. A simple apology or effort to address the issue would have made a significant difference, but none was offered.
Never go back.

Food is excellent. Large portions. Don't worry if you don't speak Spamish. Our server spoke English and was able to explain the dishes to us and answer questions.

Arrived to the restaurant late, I asked the waitress if the food would still be hot for pickup, it was not so I asked her to heat it up, they made it a big deal and refused to. The order was also wrong and items were either missing or substituted without my knowledge. I love the other locations but this one was a complete miss.
