ZERO STARSSS !!!!!
Everything was cold instantly after receiving it, later I found a hair in my food. Never going back.

The food here is always amazing, fresh, and consistent. I’ve been multiple times and the cooks along with the employees handing out the food are always friendly and respectful. The younger cashiers have also always been nice and welcoming.

Unfortunately, there is one older lady working the cashier area who consistently has a very rude attitude. This is not a one-time experience. It has happened on multiple visits and it really hurts the overall customer experience. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere despite how good the food is.

I keep coming back because the food quality is excellent, but management really needs to address the customer service issue at the register because everyone else there seems to care about the customers.

Best puertorican Chinese I’ve had since Puerto Rico totally recommend it. It was on my bucket list to visit all the way from Fort Myers and it was well worth it. Definitely visiting more often

They took over an hour for an order of shrimp and rice. They forgot to make my order and were rude about it I got my money back stay away. Pésimo servicio!

Took my family that just arrive from Puerto Rico and it was horrible! Everything went wrong customer service, food quality and quantity needs to improve if they want people to come back. Not to mention food took over 30 mins and the food was cold

Terrible experience. The fries were ice cold, the ribs were drowning in broth instead of being properly cooked, and the soda was warm. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend eating here.

The food was extremely cold, overpriced, and the portions were very small. I also asked for a glass of ice, but they didn’t have any, and the drink was served very hot. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Charged my boyfriend $31 for food and then I showed up to pick it up and apparently that order was the last one of the night (which I didn’t know) and even with showing the receipt they told me the order did “not show” in their system. They then did not refund my money but instead said I would have to call my bank to dispute it. UNBELIEVABLE. Horrible customer service. 0 stars. Do not recommend.

the people work for the customer service horrible look no everyone is doordash or uber eats or something.i ordered online to pickup for my self then i ask the lady on the phone hi where i have to go to pick my order she like park in the corner and walk around and i said what ? online said go to pick up area then in bring to you ? she don’t care she left and i talk my self wow nice customer service first time and last time thank you like said food is amazing but people working in the food truck horrible

Ended up sick to my stomach. Tasted sea food in my fried rice that did not have any sea food. Couldn’t eat the food.
