Food was great and came out fast. But portions are getting smaller. The price you paid and the portions you receive doesnt match at all. I will do business somewhere else.

This review is a painful lesson in how a good thing can go horribly wrong. I've been a fan of Pallino's food truck for a while, but my recent visit was a shocking letdown. I'm used to good food from them, but this time around, the only thing I got was a rude awakening.

First, let's talk about the price. A seven-dollar price hike? For what? Less food? The portion size was a joke, a meager offering that left me wondering if I'd accidentally ordered from the kids' menu. But the real insult was the cold food. I don't know what's more disappointing—paying more for less, or getting a plate of cold disappointment.

Pallino's, you need to do better. Your reputation for quality is hanging by a thread. Raise your prices and reduce your portions? That's a recipe for disaster. Get your act together, because I'm not the only one who's going to be looking for a new food truck.

Food was good, the atmosphere was crowded and the lady at the front was nasty when I asked her for another fork. The guy that gives you the food was nice and helpful. I’m iffy about going again.

Tried the “pepper” steak, but it was disappointing no peppers in site and very little flavor. The fried rice was okay, but felt like it was missing something to really bring it together. The fried plantains with garlic were the best item, but even those were overcooked. On top of that, the wait time was pretty long, especially considering how underwhelming the food was. The one highlight was the friendly and welcoming cashier, which helped soften the experience a bit but overall, the food didn’t meet expectations.

I ordered the ribs and the orange chicken platters and had mixed results. The ribs were on point but the orange chicken left something to be desired. The chicken pieces were so small and mostly crust. For the expensive price you're paying I was hoping it would be better. If you're going to order something I'd say go with the ribs but it is almost $20 and it's not that much ribs and alot of rice.

Food was very disappointing, no flavor in the pepper steak. Tostones were the only good thing. The fries had a completely different sauce than what we had ordered and were cold, almost seemed like they came off another meal. Waste of money for sure!! Definitely would not recommend.

Been a customer for years recommended multiple times. Not anymore, the order was messed up also the food impossible to enjoy fried plantains were so hard and difficult to chew out of 7 could only ate 3 chewing only the middle of it that was soft, and the rice was missing.

Would give this a 1 star review but my son said the food was good,only ordered a plate of rice,orange chicken
with fries and waited almost an hour for it and we only got the food because my wife was the one that ordered and when the cashier saw her again with food from another location he asked what our order was after me previously asking about our order 20 minutes earlier

uber eats and a combination of ribs and the meat is too hard to chew wanted shrimp fried rice no shrimp .portion too small for the price.. stealing money dollar by dollar overrated not comming back expensive and not worthy..

Tostones were not seasoned much. Just clumps of garlic and mayo ketchup was flavorless. Needed so much more salt and flavor. Best part was the customer service.

Nothing to do with Chinese food from Puerto Rico, the fried meat was not well cooked, they added garlic and some sugar, horrible, tostones with garlic looked old, the jars I didn't eat, the rice was quite decent but nothing special I will never return, they should remove the sign for the best Puerto Rican Chinese food
