They have changed a lot, it is the second time I have ordered and there are missing orders and then when I return they make me wait, the cashier looks annoyed and does not apologize.

I ordered boneless spare ribs, and while I was eating it I found a piece of metal, looks like from a metal sponge, I felt unsafe to eat the rest of the food.

Food is not great tasting. Over cooked and over priced. When I did a big order of $125. Was missing 1 order. Went back ended waiting for them to do the order 55 minutes…. They were not in a hurry to make it right. Had to ask several times for the order. At the end.. Will not be back. Food is not good. Just use a lot of sauces premade. For that I’ll make it at home.

The food was horrible, chicken was super salty and had so much garlic I literally was burping garlic till the next day .. customer service was horrible as well the girl had absolutely no idea of what she was doing . I will most definitely never go here again nor recommend anyone to ever eat here , would have rated a 0 but that wasn’t an option.

The food was bad. The noodles had no flavor (They should add teriyaki sauce), the rice was too greasy and dry, the meat was mostly flour and had little chicken, the shrimp has garlic but no flavor. The service was good and the atmosphere was okay but they should improve the food. I didn’t feel well after eating there?.

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over a decade, dating back to the previous owners. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I received the wrong food in my order, so I called to clarify the mistake. However, when I spoke with the "manager" Reina, she was rude and dismissive. She didn't listen to what I was saying and instead insinuated that I was lying about my order. It’s shocking that she accused me of ordering something I don’t even eat. To top it off, she mentioned being "from the hood," as if that somehow excused her poor attitude and lack of professionalism.

It’s a real shame, as this place used to be great, but with this kind of management, I doubt I’ll be returning.
