I’ve been coming to this location for 30 years, but today’s service was particularly memorable. Jesse is an exemplary team member and shift manager who was working the store solo. My negative experience was through a DoorDash driver, Kelon, for a +30 min. late/no reponse delivery. Upon arrival, he listened to my concerns, was friendly, courteous, and professional. He quickly rectified my problem, and was even willing to take accountability for the 3rd party driver for whom he should not be liable. Hats off to you, Jesse, I will continue returning to this location so as long as you’re here.

This is the worst place ever to order delivery. The last 3 times we ordered from here we are missing items. This time we ordered 2 wings, cheese bread, cinnamon rolls, lrg pizza and a melt. We only received a melt, 1 wing and cinnamon rolls. Then the would not redeliver. So I went up to get a refund as I will never buy here again. The manager on duty was an idiot and had no idea how to do a refund for missing food items. Said I would have to take a gift card or come back when another manager was there. So I told them I would call KPD so we had a report to get my refund. Then he took all the cash out of his drawer $35 said it was all they had. I took it so I never have to go back or deal with them ever again. Couldn't give more than 2 starts on food as we didn't get 1/2 our order

ordered delivery. they were missing an item. had to wait on hold 30 mins to get replacement item. they said they'd deliver it and it was fine, to not worry about payment. item gets here and they demand $22 or we can't have it. item ended up getting sent back. never got the item because they expected us to pay $22 for one set of wings we ALREADY PAID FOR. tried to call the store and they kept hanging up on me for over 2 HOURS. had to use my boyfriends phone to call, which this store STILL never answered after 30 mins. we had to go to the call center of pizza hut and complain to get any assistance. still not resolved btw! :) never ordering from this store again.

Me and My husband were their Sunday night,and this location was out of most ingredients to make the food. But Aliena, and Dre were amazing!! Hustling, and being so kind despite the situation. Huge shout out to them both, employees like them really remind you what great customer service is. Keep up the incredible work!!
P.S. both deserve a raise!!!

It's not a friendly atmosphere anymore. Had a Manager who was rude to me because they were giving me the wrong order. When I was trying to explain this. Plus I did my order on the app and earned a free pizza with my reward points. Either way the manager was very rude and with her behavior she made me uncomfortable and I will never come back to this one. I give my attention to the BVL PIZZA HUT now.

Staff not well informed about the ingredients in the preparation. Otherwise the best Brand i know.
We placed an online order and the app never updated the status. After almost two hours, I had to call the store to ask about it. When the driver finally arrived, he just left the food on the floor without even knocking on the door. By the time we found it, the food was full of flies and the Pepsi we ordered was missing. Maybe that’s why the driver didn’t let us know he had arrived. Honestly, this was a terrible experience, absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Went to this location to order some food for my family tonight and there were a few people waiting including a delivery service employee. There were Pizza Hut employees there and no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, just kept on moving around like we didn’t matter. I got a phone call and mentioned I might leave because no one is bothering to service us and it’s been a while, a female employee then came to the counter and said ‘y’all gotta wait!’ And then headed back to the back. How ridiculously unprofessional, not someone would be with u guys in a minute, or even a greeting. We had all been waiting there for 10 or more mins and ur response to me being on my phone call was, y’all gotta wait? This is my 3rd terrible experience here, and I keep trying to give them a chance but this was the last. DONT GO HERE! Food order always gets messed up and the employees don’t give a crap. 0 stars, would never recommend!

Absolutely not a very good experience at all. Both pizzas were burnt, called got hung up on and came to the store for a refund and was denied and then had to wait another 20 minutes for 2 more pizzas. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut location!

Order through app for delivery. Boneless wings rock hard and stale a few were the size of a nickel. They forgot to send the 2 liter mt dew. Used DoorDash to deliver it even the driver couldn’t take the time to look at receipt to make sure everything was there.
