I placed an order. Within a reasonable time, it was out for delivery. Driver arrived with the wrong order. He instructed me to call the store. He took the incorrect order meant for someone else, THEN marked my order as delivered. I called the store, which never in an hour and a half bothered to answer the phone. I have escalated this as they have my money for food I never received.

Well, in my Opinion they need to stop being so Chelsea with the toppings and just go ahead and throw them on because I actually stopped going there for a little bit because they were making my melts awesome there for a while and then they literally dropped the ball but they're working their way back what to wear they were before but it is not there yet that's for sure but the customer service is very good you never have to wait for no reason

I order yesterday and one of my items was an 8 pieces wings, it came only with 7. Im not sure now if they put 7 or the doordash driver took one. Also the doordash driver send me a txt asking for tips, which was already included when I paid. I also put clear "no contact" leave it at door, and they text me to go outside. Since doordash is delivering everything is a mess, I will not order again.

Second time with delivery from Pizza Hut we order through their app but for their delivery they have DoorDash drivers drop off the food. It takes them a hour or longer when we live three miles away, they don’t answer calls or texts the driver just sits outside our gate. When you’re spending $50+ & you get cold gross old food. We did call the store three times & finally reached a worker who was very kind & understanding to fix the issue with store credit.
